GlowPulse.xyz is an online store dedicated to providing high-quality personal care and wellness products that are innovative, affordable, and easy to use. We aim to make self-care accessible for everyone, right at home.


2. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across India. Whether you're in a metro city or a remote town, we aim to reach you as quickly as possible.


3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical issues, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. You can also log into your GlowPulse account to view the status of your order.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment options including:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select products


6. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on eligible products. However, we recommend prepaid payments for a smoother delivery experience.


7. Can I cancel my order?

8. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at [glowpulse11@gmail.com] with your order ID and a photo/video of the issue.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


9. My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at [glowpulse11@gmail.com] within 24–48 hours of receiving the product along with clear photos/videos. We’ll resolve the issue immediately with a replacement or refund.
